Service: The VyapaarSaathi platform and all related features, functionality, and tools.

GST Compliance: Tools and features designed to assist with Goods and Services Tax compliance under Indian law.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and a legitimate wholesale business operator in India to use this Service. You represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind your business to these Terms.

Account Creation: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update such information as needed.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for the security of your account. We recommend using strong passwords and enabling two-factor authentication where available. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Pricing: The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Current pricing is displayed on our website and is subject to change with 30 days' written notice.

Billing: You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the selected subscription plan. Billing occurs on the date your subscription renews.
