What counts as a "customer"?
A customer is one of your own customers that you manage in VyapaarSaathi — the businesses or people you sell to. The 10 / 100 / unlimited caps are about how many of those you can hold. Your staff or users are counted separately (Free 1, Pro 5, Enterprise unlimited).
Which plans can add HRMS and BOM?
HRMS & Payroll and Manufacturing / BOM are available on the Enterprise cloud plan (and as one-time module licences on desktop / on-prem). They aren't available on Free or Pro.
How are the add-ons priced?
On cloud: HRMS is ₹29 per employee per month (minimum ₹499/month); BOM is ₹999/month for Essentials or ₹1,999/month for Full. On-prem, both are one-time licences — see the desktop tab.
Can I start free and upgrade later?
Yes. Start on Free, move to Pro or Enterprise whenever you're ready, then add HRMS or BOM on Enterprise. Your data carries over instantly.
Is there a discount for yearly billing?
Yes — yearly cloud billing saves 25% versus monthly. Pro works out to about ₹299/month and Enterprise to about ₹599/month when billed yearly.
Is GST included in the prices?
No — prices are exclusive of GST, and 18% GST is added at checkout. We show this clearly on every plan.
