Why we started
Most Indian businesses run on a patchwork: Tally for accounts, Excel for stock and payroll, WhatsApp for orders and reminders, and a separate vendor for compliance. Each tool is fine on its own, but the seams between them are where time, money and accuracy leak away. Month-end becomes a scramble, and owners end up hiring people just to format reports.
VyapaarSaathi exists to close those seams — to put billing, inventory, procurement, finance, export, payroll and production in one connected system that a business owner can actually run themselves.
What we believe
Your data is yours. Every record is owner-scoped and isolated by design, and you can run the whole thing on your own server if you'd rather not be in the cloud at all.
Pricing should be honest. We publish our prices in rupees, on the website. No "contact us to find out", no USD converted at checkout.
Software should be self-serve. You shouldn't need an expensive consultant to get started. If you can run a business, you can run VyapaarSaathi.
Build with customers, not at them. We're shaping the product alongside a small group of founding design partners who get a direct line to the team.
Where we are
The ERP and HRMS suites are live and in daily use; the manufacturing/BOM layer is in active development with our early-access partners. We're a focused team building carefully, because this is people's business books — and that deserves care.
